Organizing your home office
I had a lot of fun doing this video with Steve. I'll let the video do the talking, but I'd like to emphasize my top 3 tips.
- Time Block - put everything (personal and business on your calendar and keep your appointments.
- Create a designated workspace where you won't be interrupted and if your space is small or needs to move on occasion keep your "work stuff" in designated bins.
- Set limits for interruptions. Inform the other occupants of your home about when to and not to interrupt you.
